Flagship: a cat café platform where the public site, till, back office, JSON API and a Kotlin Android member app share one set of records, with a page builder the owner uses without a designer.
A hardware-shop till with stock, trade accounts and gap-free sequential A4 invoicing, and a car-wash system covering check-in, a waiting-room queue screen and owner reporting.
Face-checked staff clock-in that runs CPU-only on a 2014 office desktop, and improvements to an inherited kopitiam ordering system without interrupting service, including supplier dockets read into stock by the Gemini API.
Built Discord bots that automated servers and communities used daily — my first real shipped code.
